Where we help you find purpose
Work in Process is a Community Interest Company (CIC).
A Community Interest Company is a form of social enterprise intended to carry out activities for the benefit of the community and operate in a not for profit capacity.
Our purpose is to create a space for men to talk, learn and grow together to find their Purpose, in Allyship with women.
"Work in process" is more than a manufacturing term — it's a metaphor for the human experience. Traditionally, it refers to partially finished goods still on the journey from raw material to polished product. But in our case, the goods are the people. The raw materials are what lie dormant within — our emotions, our wounds, our dreams, our histories. And the finished product? That is our Purpose, our healing, our becoming.
Our aim, isn’t about fixing anyone. It’s about making space — raw, unscripted unfiltered, uncut, intentional space — for men to remember that they are not alone in their process. That we are all, in our own time, crafting something greater than what we started with
By creating spaces to speak, we’re helping men find their footing. To sit with their stories. To access the emotional tools they may not have had words for. To reconnect with the "self" behind the mask they’ve worn for too long. And most importantly, to walk beside one another in that process.
But healing can’t happen in isolation. Growth doesn’t bloom in echo chambers. So we’re also building mixed spaces — circles where men and women come together, not in opposition, but in allyship. Here, understanding is the currency. Empathy is the bridge. In these shared spaces, we challenge the scripts we’ve inherited and write a new one — one that speaks of partnership, not power.
"Suicide is the biggest killer of people under the age of 35 and the biggest killer of men under the age of 50.
There is a social pressure and narrative that men face to "man up" or "tough it out." The stigma of men speaking out is that it is seen as a form of weakness or not "manly." Men, feeling depression and anxiety or any other mental health illness is not unusual. "
Men feeling anxiety, depression, or emotional pain is not weakness — it is being human. It is time to name the stigma, break the silence, and normalize vulnerability as a form of strength.
Our goal is simple, but profound:
To create a world where men can speak without shame.
To invite women into the conversation as allies in our evolution.
To build a community where the work in process is not hidden — it is honoured.
Please see our future plans and activities below to learn more about where we’re heading — and how you might walk with us.
By creating a space to discuss challenging or taboo subjects, a safe space to talk is to encourage the sharing of stories, experiences and opinions
Money matters, personal development and growth, relationships, employment domestic abuse, co-parenting, no topic is too small or big
We also offer these as webinars and online safe spaces in both the commnity and corporate environment
A defined purpose, goal and a system to achieve is proven to help with a healthy mindset.
Through workshops facilitated by experts in their field, we will help you to create the small steps needed to achieve the desired goal or purpose that you want
"A goal without a process is just a wish"
Of course we don't have all the answers but we know those that do!
By listening to the things that are important to you either from our sessions or social media, we will produce podcasts ,with guest experts and real experiences from the community, to discuss the most important topics.
They may be controversial but its the things you want to hear!
One of our boldest objectives is to create outdoor wellbeing spaces in innercity areas
Studies have shown that men talk more when active so what could be better than nature.
When did you last water or nurture yourself?
These spaces are few and far between in Innercity areas so we will change this with world class beautiful spaces where we can grow with them.
