Words from our Emotional Strategist-in-Chief & HFO (Head Feelings Officer) - Leighton Campbell

The beginning.

In 2023, after many years in an unhealthy place, I made the decision to begin my life again. I didn’t yet realise the turmoil that choice would stir. Accepting and taking accountability for my role in the breakdown of a relationship that included my two children, led me to seek professional help.

What became painfully clear was the lack of services available to me, those that were withdrawn because of my circumstances or were not 'people like me'. It made me wonder: what would I have done if I didn’t have a community of people holding me up during my darkest days?

Then came November 2023. After a particularly difficult day, I made a quiet but resolute promise to myself: When I am in a place to make a difference for other men, I will.

As I continued to walk this path, I met new people and reconnected with old friends—each one bringing their own story, their own light, their own strength. Together, we began to imagine what could happen if we created something rooted in compassion, in understanding, and in the belief that no one should face the storm alone.

Last year, I finally found the inspiration I needed. That spark led me—alongside one of my best friends and a group of like-minded souls—to begin building a community.

A community for men, for healing, for growth. A place to be seen. A place to find Allyship with women

This is a work in process, just like each of us.

And as you walk with us, I hope you find joy, enrichment, and your own personal transformation.
